Beautiful restaurant inside Thompson Hotel by Hyatt. Staying here and decided to try the restaurant. Josh our server is excellent and food is excellent. I did not expect it to be sooo good. Definitely come here and it is very hip and cool place.

Flavorful best describes the Ahi tuna seafood dish which 4 of us enjoyed. The avocado mousse was a great pairing with the tuna. We also enjoyed the octopus and burrata. The yellowfin lacked flavor but had a beautiful presentation and how can you go wrong with tenderloin kebabs? Difficult to carry on a conversation but the quaint tables allowed for easy sharing. Probably will be back for the Ahi but the octopus is what lured us here.

The hotel is beautiful, the atmosphere is fantastic, the food was good, but really our server Scott MADE our experience. He was attentive, pleasant, informative and really everything you could ask for in a server. Scott, this 5 stars is for YOU. Management, you have a gem on your hands. Do what you need to keep and continue to hire staff that emulate Scott’s demeanor and attentiveness.

I am so happy that there is a new, modern, vibes spot in Palm Springs downtown We had the Octopus, bone marrow, feta dip, lamb chop and beef skewers Amazing presentation and food is good. I don’t like roast too much so I wouldn’t get the lamb chop but I enjoyed the skewers/kebab

We love Lola Rose! We stayed at the Thompson and had both breakfast and lunch there. The servers were warm, attentive, and took really good care of us and our young kids. Everything was delicious - we loved the burger, cocktails, wine, and breakfast options. The restaurant is beautiful and they have a lovely dining room and patio overlooking the pool.

Frances Lopez assisted my father to plan a most memorable surprise 90th birthday dinner for my mother. Every detail was thoughtfully executed, especially by Victoria who took care of our party with kindness and professionalism. Only thing that kept the evening from being perfect was noise. While we were secluded behind a heavy curtain, which provided privacy, the lively atmosphere that makes Lola Rose fun and successful was not conducive for older ears. Only share so other seniors are aware. My mother felt special and celebrated in grand fashion, so mission accomplished and thank you to all who made it happen.

We had an exhilarating time eating here. Their dinner menu is full of unique dishes that did not disappoint. At this price point, you really get your money's worth. All the staff are super friendly and the server was very attentive. Overall, I would come back. We ate here again for breakfast the next day and loved everything we ordered! Definitely recommend getting their shakshuka here. So delicious! Thank you for the pleasant experience to top off our palm springs trip.

We came in planning to sit at a table for our reservation but we were early so grabbed a spot at the bar. We had THE best service. Juls was the absolute best. We notified her of a peanut allergy and she took extra precautions and went back to have a conversation with the chef assuring us we were good. The food was amazing !! And martini was perfect! Cannot wait to come back.
